Drumstick fillet (with tendons), water, natural vegetables (onion, tomatoes), spices (fenugreek, coriander, marjoram, parsley, fennel) and spices extracts (paprika, red pepper), salt, glucose, flavour and smell enhancer (monosodium glutamate), acidity regulator (sodium carbonate, sodium acetate, sodium diacetate, sodium citrate, potassium citrate), antioxidant (lemon acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium metabisulfite), thickeners (guar gum, konjac gum, xanthan gum).

Not more than 15 days, if temperature is between 0°C and +2°C and relative humidity is not more than 85%
