Mechanically separated poultry meat, water, turkey meat, turkey skin, starch, powdered milk, salt, curing salt (salt, colour stabilizer (sodium nitrite)), complex food additive (wheat protein, wheat fiber, thickeners (guar gum, carboxymethyl cellulose)), complex mixture (stabilizers (pyrophosphate, sodium triphosphate), sugar, species extract (nutmeg), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), flavour and smell enhancer (monosodium glutamate), egg powder, food additive (thickener (guar gum), animal protein, stabilizer (carrageenan)), complex food additive (acidity regulators (sodium acetate, trisodium citrate), special species mixture (black pepper, ginger, onion, natural flavourants), complex food additive with food colourant (glucose, red yeast rice extract).

Not more than 60 days, if temperature is between 0°C and +4°C and relative humidity is not more than 75%
