Mechanically separated poultry meat, turkey meat, water, turkey skin, milk powder, starch, salt, food additives (stabilizer (pyrophosphate), acidity regulator (triphosphate), flavour and smell enhancer (monosodium glutamate), antioxidant (sodium erythorbate), spices extracts (ginger, nutmeg, coriander, black pepper), meat smell, antioxidant (lemon acid), sugar (glucose), curing salt (salt, colour stabilizer (sodium nitrite), egg powder, food additives (cellulose (soy fiber), thickener (carrageenan), complex food additives (acidity regulators (sodium acetate, sodium citrate), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate, sodium metabisulfite), flavourant (beef smell), spices (onion, black pepper, lovage), food colourant (red yeast rice extract).
