Mechanically separated poultry meat, turkey skin, water, salt, complex food additive (acidity regulator (sodium triphosphate), stabilizers (pyrophosphates, polyphosphates), glucose, colour stabilizer (sodium nitrite), garlic extract, food additive (potato fiber, citrus fiber), food additive (flavour and smell enhancer (monosodium glutamate), maltodextrin, smell enhancer (beef smell), food colourant (carmine)).

Not more than 60 days, if temperature is between 0°C and +4°C and relative humidity is not more than 75%
