Composition:
Drumstick fillet (with tendons), water, salt, acidity regulator (sodium triphosphate,  sodium carbonate, sodium citrate, sodium acetate, potassium citrate), stabilizer (pyrophosphate, polyphosphate), glucose, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate, sodium erythorbate, sodium metabisulfite), flavourant identical to a natural one, colour stabilizer (sodium nitrite), spices (black pepper, garlic and cumin), thickener (xanthan gum, konjac gum).

Expiry date:
Not more than 90 days, if temperature is between 0°C and +6°C and relative humidity is not more than 75-78%
