Indushkin poultry complex located in Meleuzovsky district is undergoing Halal standards compliance certification

Representatives of the international organization GAC have visited Indushkin turkey meat complex to learn about production processes, with a particular focus on the technology of slaughtering and turkey meat deep processing. The experts from Roskachestvo-Halal, observers from the GCC Accreditation Center and representatives of the Meleuz Cathedral Mosque have concluded that the slaughter and ,turkey meat processing as well as equipment meet halal standards. It is important to mention that the Indushkin complex is one of the largest turkey meat producers in Russia, with a total flock of 800,000 birds and an annual production volume of 30,000 – 35,000 tons of meat.
