Baked turkey with potatoes


  • Turkey drumstick (2 pieces)
  • 4 potatoes
  • Olive oil (50 ml)
  • Red onion (half of an onion)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Dried basil to your liking
  • Rosemary to your liking
  • Milled black pepper
  • Sea salt to your liking
  • 8 prunes

Recipe (1 hour 15 min)

  1. Pour olive oil onto a turkey drumsticks, sprinkle it with salt, pepper, rosemary, and basil. Add some shredded onion and cloves of garlic cut into 4 pieces. Smear turkey meat carefully.
  2. Put the meat on the foil, put some prunes on it.
  3. Peel the potatoes, cut them into circles of average thickness. Next, pour some oil, add a little salt, pepper, and sprinkle with rosemary. Put the potatoes around the turkey.
  4. Cover the meat and potatoes with foil and bend its edges. Put into the oven heated to 200 ℃ for 45 minutes.
  5. Take the dish out of the oven, cut the foil and put it into the oven for 10 minutes at 220 ℃.
