- Refined oil (3 tablespoons)
- Walnuts (2 tablespoons)
- Milled black pepper, salt to your liking
- Tomatoes (70g)
- Arugula (1 bunch)
- Lettuce (20g)
- Apple vinegar (1 tablespoon)
- 2 chicken eggs
- Fry liver on all sides until done.
- Cut tomatoes into slices.
- Chop walnuts (2 tablespoons) into medium pieces.
- Hard-boil eggs and cut every egg into 8 slices.
- Put washed arugula (1 bunch) and lettuce (20 g, you can tear it) on the plate. Put the liver, tomatoes, and eggs on the top. Pour the dressing, put the walnuts, and then you can enjoy this meal.
