  • Indiushkin turkey fillet (500g)
  • Champignons (400g)
  • Milk (300ml)
  • Semi-hard cheese (150g)
  • Vegetable oil (30ml)
  • Butter (20g)
  • Flour (3 tablespoons)
  • Nutmeg (1 teaspoon)
  • 1 onion
  • Salt/pepper to your liking


  1. The first step is to make bechamel sauce. Melt the butter in a saute pan, then add some flour, fry it constantly mixing until the color becomes golden. Then pour some milk, add some nutmeg and a little salt.
  2. Cook it until the substance gets thicker.
  3. Cut the mushrooms, onions, and turkey meat into thin slices.
  4. Fry some onions with vegetable oil, add some mushrooms and turkey meat, and cook it for 5-7 minutes. Next, pour some sauce, add some salt and pepper, and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Put the stuffing into forms, sprinkle with grated cheese and put into the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature 180 ℃
