We need:
- Turkey breast fillet (400g)
- 4 chicken eggs
- 4 quail eggs
- 4 big potatoes
- 4 onions
- 2 cucumbers
- Mayonnaise (160g)
- Seed oil (1 glass)
- Processed cheese (not liquid, it would be perfect to use the one from our childhood, packed in foil) (40g)
- Fresh greens
- Salt, pepper to your liking
First of all, we need to prepare the filling:
- Boil the fillet for 20-25 minutes until done. Let it cool and chop it.
- Hard-boil chicken and quail eggs.
- Cut the onions into thin semi-rings and pour boiled water to reduce bitter taste and make it gentler.
- Cut the potatoes into thin chips and fry on a pan with hot oil. When finished, dry it with tissues.
- Wash and chop the greens.
- Grate the cheese and chicken eggs with the use of a big grater and put them into different bowls.
- Wash the cucumbers and cut them into thin strips.
Now let’s make a nest:
- Put the onion on the plate.
- Put the fillet on the onions and smear it with mayonnaise.
- Put the cucumber strips, smear it with mayonnaise and put the eggs.
- Put grated cheese in the shape of a circle with a deepening in the middle.
- Put the greens in the middle, and decorate the sides with fried potatoes.
- Cut the quail eggs and take out the yolk. Add the mayonnaise, a little bit of chopped greens, and grated processed cheese to the yolks. Mix the filling with a fork and stuff halves of quail eggs with this mixture. Then put it in the middle of a nest.
Enjoy your meal!
