Juicy turkey fillet baked in an oven


  1. Turkey fillet (400 g)
  2. Paprika (0,4 teaspoon)
  3. Dried spices, black pepper, salt to your liking
  4. Marinade
  5. Garlic (2 cloves)
  6. Sour cream (0,8 tablespoon)
  7. Honey (0,4 tablespoon)
  8. Mustard (Russian) (0,4 tablespoon)
  9. Grainy mustard (0,4 tablespoon)

  1. Wash the turkey fillet and then dry it. Rub the spices, paprika, salt, and pepper into the meat. Then leave it to be marinated for 20 minutes.
  2. Now prepare everything for marinade. Take sour cream with 20-25% fat content. You need liquid honey for this dish as it is easier to mix it with other ingredients.
  3. Mix the sour cream, honey, Russian and grainy mustard, and pressed garlic in a bowl.
  4. Put the meat into the bowl, pour the marinade, apply the mixture of mustard and sour cream to the meat.
  5. Cover the bowl with a plastic food wrap and leave it to be marinated in a fridge for 2-3 hours or for a night if possible.
  6. Put the fillet into a baking dish and apply the marinade to the meat.
  7. Cover the dish with the foil and put in an oven heated to 180℃ for 45-50 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil, apply the marinade to the meat if it is left. Then put the meat in the oven again for 30 minutes until it's crusty. Timing might depend on your oven.
  9. When the turkey fillet is finished (gentle and juicy), you should put it on and decorate with greens.
